Class of 1933 -------------
Edna (Carpenter) Keyes, class of 1934, and Forrest Keyes, class of 1932, provided access to the annual.
Photograph provided by Lee (Tanner) Collins, class of 1941.
1933 senior class, looking east. The southeast corner of the elementary school is above and right. Note that the library doesn't exist when this photo was taken. It was built in 1937, on what is said to be the site of the brick one room schoolhouse, razed in about 1924.
The names below were obtained at the 50th reunion of the class of 1933, held in October, 1983. Reading left to right, students 1 to 10 are the first row, sitting. The next row is 11 to 21. Next is 22 to 31. The top row is students 32 to 46. Deceased class members have no numbers, and neither do students that couldn't be located. Perhaps some of the students can be identified from the 1931 Acorn, where they would have been sophomores.
Lee (Tanner) Collins, class of 1941, provided the class name list.
Material provided by a 1966 effort to write a history of Godwin book. The effort was apparently abandoned.
Note that many street addresses in Kent county changed in 1943, so street names shown above might not exist in year 2006. Just when the class list was compiled, or from what source, is not known.
